Thanks to Shawn, Rik and Thomas we've got a better understanding of the color issue I was having with some of my images.

First, a brief explanation of the problem for people who don't understand what I am talking about or aren't seeing the problem. Yesterday I uploaded a series of photographs of Blues performers that were shot under stage lights. We don't seem to have a "site business" forum (yet?) so I'm going to post this here.

Is anyone else seeing radical color shifts in the images they post here? Everything I've posted today has looked significantly different when posted to the site. The Michael Hill @ Gilrein's photo is much less saturated than I intended. Several of the concert shots I just uploaded have had the color cast from the stage lighting "magically" removed. It would be great if everyone visited the "Hi, my name is..," forum and introduced themselves. Don't worry about presenting a "killer photo resume"--just let everyone know who you are and what your hopes and dreams for CameraCon are.

You need to do something to get Rik and I to "shuddup already!" ;)

Also, if anyone has any specific questions, get them into the appropriate forum so the collective can have a shot at them.

Despite what those who know me might think, I'm not (quite) narcissistic enough to believe that anyone wants to read a constant stream of my thoughts. And if they do, they should follow my Twitter stream.
